At Teggo Co., every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are created on demand, we carefully review each request to ensure we provide the best possible solution.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will be happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selections
  • Changes of mind
  • Incorrect color choices
  • Orders placed by mistake

We encourage you to carefully review our size guide and product details before placing your order. If you need help choosing a size, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to assist.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

Once we review your request, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin production shortly after purchase, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Teggo Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after the shipping carrier confirms delivery.

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help locate your order.
