At Teggo Co., every product is created after your order is placed. This allows us to offer unique designs while reducing unnecessary waste. Because each item is made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships.
Processing Times
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be processed and created before they are shipped.
Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, location, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Teggo Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error with your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before your order enters production.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Teggo Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help look into the issue.
